Wreaths, wreaths and more wreaths

After sharing my pictures of the wreath I made and after a visit from my momma, my sister and I ended up having 5 new projects! Exciting, so I made a red green and white ornament┬áwreath for Mom. Needless to say it turned out great and she can’t wait to hang it after Christmas čÖé

You can still see the hanger here, but after a few minutes of bending it disappeared.

Next we made a Santa Claus wreath. I have seen on pinterest where a lot of people have made the beard with tulle, but after forgetting it at home I had to settle with tinsel instead, and though it isn’t as full as the ones I have seen I like the simplicity a little more.

NEEDS:

1 hanger

half a strand of white tinsel

a santa hat

hot glue gun and sticks

INSTRUCTBALES:

Bend the hanger into a circle, take the santa hat and place it about half way over the circle. Glue the inside of the hat around the hanger, glue all but one corner of the hat. Next take the tinsel and glue it into the open side of the hat. Glue the hat together. As you go around the rest of the hanger glue the hanger and wrap the tinsel as you go. Once you get to the other side of the hat turn around and wrap back over the tinsel. This wreath was much faster to do than the ornament wreath, but it is still darn cute! Let dry and hang where you like.
